He has degrees in Bible, History and Ministry from Freed-Hardeman University and Jacksonville State University (B.A., M.A., M.Min).
He is a PhD student at the Trinity Theological Seminary in Indiana in Religious Studies with an emphasis in Religious History and Apologetics.
To explore the history and culture of the Bible, Garry has been on numerous archaeology digs in the United States, Jordan and Israel. He has participated in 5 study tours while in Graduate School in England France, Israel Greece, Italy, Egypt Syria Jordan and Turkey.
He presently is on staff at Tel-Beth Shemish as Pottery Recording Overseer.
He hosts a television program on the Gospel Broadcasting Network (GBN) called “Life in the Past Lane”. He has spoken in countless lectureships, churches, universities, Bible camps and schools on subject of Bible history and archaeology.
Garry is presently working as the West African Coordintor for Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver. He teaches Bible and history classes for preacher students in the Bear Valley Extension schools.
